The second blend is a small batch made from a combination of ex-bourbon casks (75%), port casks (20%), and oloroso sherry casks (5%). This beautiful blend results in a whisky that combines savory notes of citrus, peaty smoke, which is the signature of Kilchoman single malts, and intense notes of red fruits and vanilla, typical of Porto.

Nose : Leather, wax, and clay.

Palate : Earthy, humus, and vegetal.

Finish : Green, with a hint of licorice.
