In the Countryside Art Print

In the Countryside is inspired by a trip around the Waitomo countryside, I was so taken with the creamy yarrow flowers that lined the roadside and the vivid greens of the grass and paddocks. It was all rather dreamy in the bright, summer sun.

These new landscape works invite the viewer to pause and find solace in places that feel familiar, though not entirely recognisable. Through layered colour and soft transitions, these paintings evoke atmosphere as much as place, guiding the eye toward light on the horizon and awakening a quiet curiosity about what lies just beyond the path.
