Beef Oyster Steak

Also known as the spider steak, the oyster steak consists of a cool little semi-circle woven with a web of intramuscular fat. There are only two of these babies per beast. It’s small but flavourful thanks to it’s natural marbling. Very easy to prepare with a quick pan sear.
