Beast Academy Science 4B is the second in a two-part Level 4 science series. content is aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for grade 4, but often goes well beyond what is typically expected of students. Science 4B includes units on the power grid, the ocean, and the brain.

Together with 4A, Level 4 is a complete science curriculum for motivated and curious students. The Grid: Power and energy use, efficiency, generation, distribution, storage and innovations.
The Ocean: Pressure, light, temperature, slainity, density, tides, currents and waves.
The Brain: The nervous system, senses, hearing, vision, communication, language, perception, illusions, learning and memory
