How to Use

For Heat Therapy

Heat in the microwave according to the care instructions provided.

Apply to the affected area for 10–20 minutes to help relax muscles and warm stiff joints. Follow with your favourite X-Zone product for a complete natural pain relief routine.

For Cold Therapy

Place in a sealed bag and chill in the freezer before applying to help soothe minor sprains, strains, bumps or swelling.
