Featuring digital microprocessor-controlled IGBT inverter technology and up to 320 amps of TIG welding power, the 325EXT delivers exceptional welding performance across aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, and exotic materials.
Designed for serious fabrication environments, the PowerTIG 325EXT combines advanced AC and DC TIG with extensive adjustment controls, allowing fabricators to fine tune arc characteristics for maximum weld quality and precision.
One of the standout features is Advanced AC Pulse, which increases penetration when welding aluminium while helping reduce heat input, distortion, and burn through on thinner materials. Waveform control, AC frequency adjustment, and AC balance controls provide exceptional control over arc performance.
- Now with HV Start. This is an advanced type of HF arc start with electronic control rather than older point gap style starts that required maintenance.
- Now with Fan-On-Demand. The fan now runs when it is needed, starting on arc start and terminating as the welder cools down enough after the arc stops.
