The Everlast RedSabre 2000XC is a high-power, water-cooled laser cleaner built for heavy-duty removal of rust, paint, varnish, scale, and corrosion.
The new RedSabre water-cooled 2000XC is a cleaner-only version of the 2000X, designed specifically for high-performance surface preparation.
Designed for demanding cleaning applications, this system delivers fast, efficient surface stripping without the need for chemicals, blasting, or grinding. It reduces labour time, eliminates hazardous waste, and improves overall workflow in both workshop and industrial environments.
With up to 2000W of continuous wave laser output, the RedSabre 2000XC is capable of removing heavier scale, thicker coatings, and stubborn contamination quickly and efficiently. Compared to lower-powered units, it is better suited for larger surface areas and more demanding jobs.
It features a dedicated BWTC30 high-power cleaning head, designed for extended use at high settings without overheating. The double scan function improves cleaning efficiency, provides greater control over the surface finish, and reduces gouging or surface distortion.
Unlike pulsed laser cleaners, the RedSabre 2000XC uses a continuous wave laser, allowing it to deliver higher power and faster removal of heavy contamination. This makes it ideal for industrial cleaning, heavy rust removal, and high-volume work where speed and intensity are critical.
