54% Shiraz, 46% Mataro (aka Mourvèdre), aged for 9 months in large French oak puncheons, this is a quintessential Aussie red - bright, bold red fruits, hints of earth, spice. Full-bodied texture but with acidity and tannins. Supple, juicy, elegant.
