The APEX Carbon fork has a specific internal construction optimized for maximum strength. Different carbon fiber types are used depending on their properties to best handle the various forces applied lateral loads, torsion, and impacts. The steerer tube is made of 7075-T6 aluminum, an alloy renowned for its high strength, ensuring structural reliability and long-term durability. The CNC-machined aluminum dropouts are designed for a 20 mm thru-axle (not included). The fork meets and exceeds the EN 16054 standard.
