a green and floral blend of copper-pot distillates, including peas and hay and traditional herbs spearmint, rosemary and thyme. It is named after the time it takes to sow, grow and pick the peas. Not only alcohol-free, sugar-free and sweetener-free too. It works deliciously well with straight tonic, along with a ribbon of cucumber.
