Grapefruit Marmalade

This grapefruit marmalade has won an award and is perfect for anyone who adores the traditional tangy flavour. Enjoy it with toast or scones and a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. It received a GOLD medal at the 2023 Artisan Awards! All of my products are crafted by hand using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. Made in my very own kitchen in Hawea. Ingredients include grapefruit, lemon, water, and sugar.
