Our personal favourite is to add it to a salad of baby spinach, orange, avocado, and toasted almonds. Our dressing is handmade with simple and locally-sourced ingredients, right here in our kitchen in Hawea. Ingredients include canola oil, white vinegar, mint, honey, gluten-free mustard, salt, pepper, and xantham gum.
