Greystone Vineyard Ferment Pinot Noir 2019 - Fine Wines World Cellar

 
This is one of very few wines in New Zealand that is made entirely within a vineyard. Pressed Pinot Noir grapes are left in tanks between rows of vines, to attract indigenous yeast. Fermentation takes place days later, eventually turning the Pinot marc soaked juice into wine. Such unusual method leaves a wine of wondrous characters, praised by many in the industry.
