Our take on the traditional Trinidad “grind" pepper sauce, this blended sauce showcases the citrus undertones of the scotch bonnet peppers grown right here in New Zealand. Featuring a savoury flavour, it’s fantastic by itself or mixed with tomato sauce or mayonnaise. It is our spicier option but won
