1kg Pimenta de Padron peppers

Famously known in Spain and used in tapas dishes. A great tasting chilli that can be fried, stuffed or bbq’d but the most simple way is to fry in olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt before serving. A great addition to most dishes and goes great with fish!

Most are mildish/medium in heat with the odd one that has quite a bit more kick!

Enjoy with a cold cerveza!
