- Off-Road Only: This is a deregistered skid car and is NOT STREET LEGAL.
- Driver Requirements: To use the event entry, the winner must hold at least a Restricted Licence.
- The Build: The car is skid-ready; however winner must supply their own tyres and rims.
- Exclusions: The 'NUTOFF' plates and Jade Luff are not included in the prize.
- As-Is: No responsibility is taken for the mechanical condition or "well-being" of the car. It is a project vehicle supplied as-is.
- Event Entry: Valid for this specific vehicle only and is non-transferable.
