NZ Champions of Cheese Awards - 1 Silver Medal 2022. Award winning artisan cheese made in North Otago. An "unstablised" brie, this is a living cheese that ripens with ageing. When young it has a firm centre which slowly softens to melt at the cut edge when ripe.
