Our NES Voltage cardi is perfect for layering or a great trans-seasonal piece, Flattering batwing sleeve, Dress up or down, Can be worn multiple ways - by flipping the cardi upside down so the hem is worn around your neck. by doing this you will get either a shorter hip length cardi or a longer length cardi - falling mid thigh (at the back)
