handcrafted in very limited quantities showcasing the unique personality of the diverse microclimate and soils of Lowburn Valley.

A classic styled Chardonnay. Flinty, mineral notes, redolent of schist with ripe lemon curd and pastry. A fine and long palate, champions the acidity that Central Otago Chardonnay possess with yellow citrus, white peach and beeswax. An extended time on lees has brought a power and weight to the mid-palate with a long, elegant finish.

Unfined and vegan friendly.
