This is the second release of this Pinot Noir, following on from a small 2023 release. Little Forager is my homage to the Village wines of Burgundy. This is made from three small North Canterbury vineyards – hand tended and hand picked before a natural fermentation and extended time on skins for extraction of beautiful textures and flavours. Gently hand plunged daily, this wine was made using traditional techniques including ageing in French oak barrels for 10 months prior to bottling without fining. WINE INFORMATION
