The RED Winches Explorer3 electric winch is a compact, powerful, low-line winch built for offroad vehicle recovery.

Manufactured from solid billet aluminium, the Explorer3 shares the same high engineering standards as all RED Winch products. Included

Explorer3 Winch:

- Air Solenoid & Air Freespool Switch
- Wireless Hand Controller
- 8.8 grade mounting bolts and washers x 4
- 3m of 6mm airline
- Manual isolator switch

The Explorer3 Winch offers two gearing options, each designed to suit different recovery needs, providing varying pulling capacities and line speeds:

Adventure Gear Set
Pulling Capacity: 5,500kg (12,000 lbs)
No Load Line Speed: 12.9 m/min (42.32 ft/min)
Amp draw at 5,500kg = 362 amps (12v)

Titan Gear Set
Pulling Capacity: 7,500kg (16,500 lbs)
No Load Line Speed: 10.6 m/min (34.78 ft/min)
Amp draw at 7,500kg = 368 amps (12v)

Durable and Easy to Service Gearbox

The gearbox is engineered for maximum strength, power, and ease of maintenance. Manufactured from chromium molybdenum steel and case-hardened for superior strength (up to 1230 N/mm²), it ensures exceptional durability. The gearbox uses semi-liquid grease rather than oil, making it easier to service, whether in the workshop or during an overlanding adventure.
