Vintage French Marble Petite Console Mid Century

A beautifully petite marble console is a unique size, not overwhelming a space but adding a bit of luxe and purpose for that powder room, narrow nook or a wall that needs a little something extra.

The marble is intact, heavy and bevelled beautifully on the edge. The colours and veining look like an abstract art piece of onyx greens, red veins and warm tones.
The piece exhibits characteristics of the Rococo style, known for its curves and motifs centre details in the gilt metal frame

Condition Notes:

Marble excellent, one ‘ring’ of fade likely from a vase this could be polished if you wish, or enjoy the marks of its story.

Base is fairly light and beautiful in its patina. There is a concealed brass strip for anchoring to a wall if you wish.
