Set of Eight Italian Neoclassical Cognac Leather Dining Chairs
A beautifully matched set of eight Italian Neoclassical Revival dining chairs, dating to the mid-20th century. Inspired by late 18th-century Italian designs, each chair features an elegant open back centred by a classical urn motif within a geometric diamond frame, with scrolling acanthus detailing and gently curved sabre legs.
Finished in their original distressed finish, the chairs display a wonderful aged patina that has developed naturally over time. The warm cognac leather seats complement the soft painted timber beautifully, creating a timeless palette equally suited to both traditional and contemporary interiors.
Increasingly difficult to source as a complete matching set, these chairs offer exceptional decorative impact around a dining table while remaining refined and comfortable for everyday use. Excellent upholstered condition
