A low alcohol refresher. Rehydrated quince and apple skins with a splash of fresh Beurre Bosc pear juice added prior to bottling. Crisp and mineral driven with a whisper of citrus. Mandarine and lemon zest notes are driving the bus and you can too cos it’s only 1.7% alcohol.
