Yuzu has been one of most popular cuvées so you know we had to run it back.

This year we've gone deeper, including a splash of pear for sweetness and a dollop of quince for our signature floral aromas.

It’s fragrant and fresh with the unmistakable flavour of Japanese citrus (grown locally in Te Horo by the legend Neville Chun).

Not quite lemon, not quite grapefruit and not quite mandarin but amazingly vibrant and complex.
