Ingredients:- Cardamom - Ground. The 'queen of spices', is a rich, aromatic, spice with an intense, pungent, sweet but warm, eucalyptine flavour with camphorous and lemony undertones. Used in curry blends, rice dishes, in breads, baking and as a flavouring for coffee.

The ancient Egyptians chewed cardamom seeds as a tooth cleaner; the Greeks and Romans used it as a perfume. It is regularly one of the world's most expensive spices (next to saffron and vanilla).
