Torq 1:1 Proto Energy Gel

Our 1:1 Proto Energy Gels have been formulated specifically for ultra-high carbohydrate intakes of 120g per hour. TORQ use high-grade maltodextrin, a low-osmolality, high-glycaemic index form of glucose, and blend this at a 1:1 ratio with fructose.

IMPORTANT: TORQ 1:1 Proto products are only optimal at ultra-high carbohydrate intakes. Unless you are aiming to commit to 120g of carbohydrate intake per hour, you should use our regular 2:1 TORQ Fuelling System range of products.
