What it is
A hydrolysed bioactive collagen peptide powder containing 9.95g of pure collagen per serve, plus 50mg of Vitamin C to support collagen synthesis and provide antioxidant benefits. The collagen peptides are low molecular weight (2kDa), broken down through a natural enzymatic process, which means fast absorption and high bioavailability. It's Type I and Type III collagen, sustainably sourced, and contains 16 amino acids including 3 BCAAs and all 8 essential amino acids.

How to use it
