Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Lavendula Hybrida Flower, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower and Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) & Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Peel Essential Oils.

Ritual for use: Fill a bathtub with warm water to a comfortable temperature. Then, sprinkle a generous amount (handful or two), and allow them to dissolve.
