The Gents Academy a comprehensive, in-person service designed to provide a deep assessment of your barbershop’s operations, performance, and potential.

The process begins with the same Initial Consultation Form, followed by an on-site visit to your barbershop for a hands-on business review. During this visit, we’ll meet with you and your team to discuss key areas of focus, evaluate in-store systems, and identify growth barriers.

Within one week of the visit, you’ll receive a detailed post-evaluation report outlining:

- Your current business performance and structure
- Operational inefficiencies or areas for improvement
- Staff and client flow observations
- Actionable recommendations for systems, marketing, and service delivery
