Phoenix Bakery Flour Mix Sweet Muffin Mix 1kg

Muffin Mix: is a product to allow you to bake at home. The product is gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, potato, preservative, sesame and peanut free, it could be egg free if using an egg replacement.

Instructions: Per 500gr of muffin mix, add one egg, 100ml of vegetable oil, 250gr of rice milk or milk and mix well. Spoon batter into muffin pans and let stand for 10mins, Add flavours and cook at 175C for 30 mins

Ingredients : Rice Flour, Sugar, Cornflour, Tapioca Flour, Raising Agent (450, 500), Stabiliser (466).
