Our delicious brandy snaps are an old time favourite, traditionally filled with whipped cream.

Try some of our other great serving suggestions for a delicious dessert:
Fill with whipped cream and serve with your favourite ice cream and fruit or berries
Dip the end of the brandy snap into melted dark chocolate. Allow chocolate to set before filling with whipped cream
To the whipped cream, add one of the following:
Slightly mashed fresh berries or passionfruit pulp
2-3 tablespoons of your favourite liqueur or essence
2-3 tablespoons of your favourite crushed nuts
