We build on our traditional white sourdough recipe by folding through pieces of roasted kumara.Our bread is the product of a sourdough starter that's been cared for for over 20 years. We combine our starter with the best quality flour, water and salt and let time work its magic. The whole process takes 30 hours, but it's worth every minute.

Made from 50% wholemeal spelt & 50% white spelt flourIf this flour is unavailable we will replace it with a rye loaf. We will happily refund you if it’s not what you want.
