Our sustainable Cacao is a by-product of the chocolate-making process and comes from our friends at Miann Chocolate in Auckland.
Our Chocolate gin makes an amazing Medlands Mule. Use our Chocolate gin as a base, simply add lime juice, and ice and top off with a Ginger beer and a sprig of mint – for a refreshing cocktail.
It is a wonderful alternative for a lighter sip.
