Strengths Cards

The NZIWR strengths cards use the Values In Action Strengths classification developed by Profs Martin Seligman and Chris Peterson. Our strengths cards were designed for us by New Zealand designer Ruby Jones whose work became globally famous in the aftermath of the March 5th tragedy in Christchurch. The cards reflect Ruby’s inclusive and culturally responsive approach to wellbeing. They are available in card form and as a single poster featuring all the strengths. The card set includes details of strengths activities that can be used with children or adults.
