Contains a superabsorbent that expands and gels with water, which creates a barrier to divert flooding.

- These flood barriers are non-hazardous and biodegradable
- Position the barriers with the wider stitched area facing oncoming water

Before: Presoak the barriers in water. Within 10 minutes the water will be absorbed and the barriers will have expanded to 9 cm in height.

- Barriers will also be activated by rain or floodwater. They absorb up to 15 litres of water
- Make sure the barriers are positioned in the path of incoming water, with the bigger section of the barrier facing the oncoming water
- The barriers can be stacked on top of each other if higher volumes of water are expected
