500g Premium Beef Mince

The most versatile cut of beef there is. Our Green Meadows Premium Beef Mince is hand trimmed by our butchers to be 90% VL. It is predominantly from the shin, blade, chuck and brisket. We also use trimmings from our steak cuts.
As our beef is aged on the bone, you will notice that a lot less moisture comes out of the beef mince when you cook it - ensuring it's kept deliciously juicy and tasty. Serves 4-6.
