Take one to two teaspoons of Triphala powder after meals with warm water, preferably before bedtime. Start with a smaller amount if new to Triphala and increase gradually as needed. It is normal to experience slightly looser motions during the cleansing period. If symptoms become too strong, reduce the dose or pause use for a few days before resuming. Maintain at least a two-hour gap after food.
