Directions for Use:

For sowing: Choose a sunny, well-drained position. Each beetroot “seed" contains a cluster of 1–4 true seeds. Soak seeds for two hours before sowing to help moisture penetrate the outer coating. Sow seeds directly where they are to grow or raise seedlings in small pots filled with fine seed-raising mix. When seedlings reach 3–5cm tall, separate clustered seedlings and transplant into their final position.

For growing on: Grow in full sun in well-drained soil. Water regularly and make successive sowings every few weeks for a continuous harvest. Pick young leaves for salads and harvest roots when tender. Protect young plants from snails and slugs.
