"So complex and layered with aromas of dark cherries, dried rose petals, tar, dark chocolate, river stones and mahogany. The palate is tightly wound and seamless with the tannins integrating perfectly, melting on the palate. There are no angles on the perfectly shaped and pure palate, coming from 5 years aging in 500-liter puncheons before bottle. Almost perfect. Drink or hold." - March 2025 JS
