Millet (Whole, Unhulled) - 20kg

This millet is unhulled and is otherwise referred to as pearl millet. It is normally not sold for human consumption, as it is encased in a very tough shell. Normally, this indigestible covering is removed before it is ready for human consumption (i.e. hulled millet), but some people choose to cook it for extended periods to soften the shell and improve its digestibility.

Normally unhulled millet is sold as birdseed or as a base for growing mushrooms.
