Ginger was one of the earliest spice known in Western Europe. It was so popular that it was included in every table setting, like salt and pepper.

Ceres Organics Crystallised Ginger is made from organically grown fresh ginger root. It's great taken as a confection, chopped up for cakes and puddings or used as an ice cream ingredient.
