Glow & Flow November Pilates

On our 11th Birthday this year we wanted to celebrate with you, doing something outdoors (hopefully rain dependent) that would not only be a beautiful connection but something that will benefit everyone.

So please join us, on Sunday, November 9th, for a 40min Pilates fusion session, designed to restore your body and mind, with the gorgeous Sam from the Wellness Club.

The event will kick off at 9 AM at the Pukekohe East Tennis Courts. Please remember to bring your own Pilates mat for the session.

In case of bad weather, we have a backup plan: the session will seamlessly move indoors to the hall located right there at the tennis courts.

We have the girls from Roma Coffee brewing your coffee too, so bring along a card or cash for their coffee cart, but we will be providing you with your water bottle and collagen boost!
