Glucoamylase Low Carb-Dry Enzyme (WW)

 

This enzyme is used to help the yeast convert more sugars to alcohol resulting in a drier, lower carb beer. Reduce the amount of Dry Malt Extract you use to avoid raising the alcohol percentage too much.

Ingredients: Dextrose, enzyme (glucoamylase).
