For a dry, lower carb beer add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast. NB: Enzyme must be purchased separately to kit.

Specifications of 23L made with 1.5kg Brick Road malt extract: Colour - Pale Straw,

5 EBC; Bitterness - Low-medium, 17 IBU;

Grist - lager malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - New World Lager Yeast (hybrid - can be fermented at up to 22 degrees C).

Optional Dry Hop Additions: Option to finish with up to 30g of your favourite hops for extra flavour
