This Pilsner Blonde is a blonde-coloured beer with a clean, refreshingly-dry finish on the pallet, like a typical European Pilsner. Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV. See can for recipe options.

For a dry, lower carb beer add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast. NB: Enzyme needs to be purchased separately to the kit.

Specifications (approx.) of 23L made with 1kg dextrose brewing sugar:

Colour - Pale straw, 5 EBC; Bitterness - Low-medium, 17 IBU;

Grist - Pilsner malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - New World Lager Yeast (hybrid - can be fermented at up to 22 degrees C). Dry Hop Additions : Feel free to dry-hop with just 10-30g of your favourite hops to add more aroma and flavour.
