This extra-light pale ale is clean, light and dry, with a subtle fruitiness and mild malt balance. Add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme for a lower-carb, dry XPA. NB: Enzyme needs to be purchased separately from the kit. Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV. See can for recipe options.

Colour - Pale Straw, 5 EBC; Bitterness - Low-medium, 17 IBU;

Grist - Extra pale ale malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - American Ale Yeast.

Optional Dry Hop Additions suggested: For added tropical or citrus flavour, add 30g of hops like Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Nectaron.
