Craft Series Passion and Peach Cider

Light and fizzy combining both sweet and sour flavours. The sweet peach lifts
the tangy passion fruit, making a very refreshing summer cider.
ABV Aprrox: 4.8%
Style: Sweet -Can be made off dry or sweet, you can choose whether you want to use 1/2, all or none of the sweetener packet).
Colour: Warm Amber

Makes 23 Litres, requires 1 kg dextrose brewing sugar (sold separately).

Ingredients: Concentrate pear juice concentrate (75%), glucose syrup, peach juice concentrate (2.4%), passionfruit concentrate (1.2%), acidity regulators (citric acid, DL-malic acid), water, colour (anthocyanin), preservative (sodium metabisulphite)), flavouring (natural passionfruit flavouring), cider yeast dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (E491)), sweetener dextrose, acesulfame potassium.
