Sweet apple and strawberry are rounded off by floral and hibiscus notes that are contrasted nicely with subtle hints of oak.

Style: Sweet -Can be made off dry or sweet, you can choose whether you want to use 1/2, all or none of the sweetener packet).
Colour: Dark Pink

Makes 23 Litres, requires 1 kg dextrose brewing sugar (sold separately).

Ingredients: Concentrate apple juice concentrate (77%), glucose syrup, strawberry juice concentrate (4%), acid (DL-malic acid), yeast nutrients, preservative (sodium metabisulphite) , colour (anthocyanin), flavouring (natural apple flavouring with other natural flavourings, flavourings), oak chips (.06%), dried fruits/flowers (dried rose hips, dried hibiscus flower (.06%), cider yeast dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (E491)), yeast extract, vitamins, trace minerals , sweetener dextrose, acesulfame K.
