Mangrove Jacks Gluten Free Pale Ale

This recipe uses sorghum instead of malt grain as the main ingredient, meaning this great new kit is completely gluten free!

Light and crisp with a citrus character and dry bitter finish. The tropical aromas are well balanced by pine and herbal notes.

Dextrose Required: 1 kg (sold separately)

NB: If you are not currently brewing but would like to, we can modify either of our beer starter sets to include a Gluten free kit and dextrose instead of a malt based beer kit and malt extract.
